WARRANTY & REPAIRS

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturer warrants unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal for one (1) year.from date of purchase to the original purchaser when product is purchased as NEW from an AUTHORIZED VERVETRONIX DEALER and is NON-TRANSFERABLE. If unit becomes defectivective unit for a fee.

 

FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED

Please retain your original sales receipt. It must be provided to qualify for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions and limitations

  • New vervetronix product purchased through any reseller not directly authorized by vervetronix
  • Any used vervetronix product purchased from a third party online or directly
  • Product purchased in one country cannot be returned under warranty in a country other than where the product was sourced
  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.
  • Products damaged by environmental factors, such as oxidation and/or damages caused by natural disaster.
  • Units that have NOT been opened by user within the one year warranty period.
  • Physical Damages which include, but are not limited to the following unauthorized modifications:
  • Misuse, neglect or improper assembly
  • Transport damages due to improper packaging or carrier
  • Burns resulting from faulty or failed electric power
  • Missing/bent parts
  • Cracked components
  • Liquid/water damage

 

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Vervetronix Authorized distributors are under no obligation to honor or facilitate warranty repairs on units purchased outside their native country. If you live in a country where there are no Authorized Vervetronix distributors, please contact us and we will advise you.

ALL REPAIRS

You will need to call us at +91 9820884523 for a Return Authorization Number (required for all repairs). Manufacturer will not accept packages without prior authorization, pre-paid freight (UPS preferred) and proper insurance. This will also give us an opportunity to discuss the problem, make some notes, and anticipate the arrival of your unit. The repaired unit will be returned via standard freight and insurance prepaid. Requests for faster delivery will be considered only at additional charge to purchaser.

If calling is inconvenient, you can email but please be sure to provide your full name, address, phone and serial number, and a clear description of the problem. Generally, all repairs are completed and shipped back within 5 days of being received.
